My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Loki is a handsome, sweet and loving baby born around 7-6-24. He and his siblings were thrown on the side of the road in a box and nice lady picked them up and kept them safe until we could take them in back in July. This boy has not had one visit and we can't understand it. He is great with other dogs and loves, loves people. At this age, he would be great with other dogs, cats and children. He is just a gentle, cuddle bug this one. He will need house training as he is a puppy but so smart! He is up to date on shots and medical for his age. We are a private run facility supported by public donations. The first step to adopt is to submit an application on richardsonrescue.org. We review them everyday, except for Sunday (Great customer service is our goal). Once your application is approved, you may then call for an appointment.

VISITS ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY WITH AN APPROVED APPLICATION.

More about this rescue

Nestled in twelve acres of country and woods is a place for animals that are hardest to help, BIGGER dogs, abused pets and puppy mill dogs. They need more time, more space and more love than many full rescues can provide. Their adoptions sometimes take months, but they get the room and attention that they need to get back on all four feet. The problem.... not many people are willing to give them a chance. We also offer low cost spay and neutering when funding allows.
