Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Simba is a very sweet, very large boy! He is on a special prescription C/D diet, and will need to remain on this diet long-term to prevent urinary problems. He should go to a quiet home with adults only, as loud and busy environments tend to stress him out. He has been around large and small dogs in the past, and would be okay in a home with an older, quiet dog. He should be the only cat in the house. He is a very tolerant, nice, loving boy who would love to become apart of your family! Before considering adding me to your life, please make sure you have the appropriate amount of time, space, and resources available to care for me for my lifetime. I am an indoor only kitty!

More about this shelter
Companions Animal Center is a non-profit organization funded exclusively by donations and grants. Every day we receive numerous homeless animals. We shelter, feed, and provide medical care for these animals while searching for loving homes for them.
As a "No-Kill" shelter, animals who are in our facility do not face a "be adopted quick or else" ultimatum but rather are cared for until they can be placed.
Our Mission - is to focus all of our efforts and resources toward directly benefiting the quality of life for all abandoned or mistreated pets with the ultimate goal of finding each one a loving household in which to share their lives.
