My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

These kitties need a place to crash before November 1st! Foster or adopter (or foster-to-adopt!)

Rainn and Jane are two bonded kitties that are in need of a forever home due to no fault of their own. Their owner loves them dearly, but is unable to house them. Heres what their current mama says about them:

Rainn is a sweet girl who loves attention. She will come up for pets any time and is not afraid to say hi to new people. She loves dogs, she isn’t shy at all when it comes to them! She has been sassy with other cats, so not sure how she’d do with a resident kitty. She is fixed and up to date on vaccines. She’s is 1 year and 3 months old

Jane is a typical kitten. She comes for attention when she wants it but once she’s done she’ll zoom away! She loves to play and is very attached to rainn. She follows rainn around and always will cuddle up with her. She is 7 months old, up to date on vaccines, but not currently fixed. She is full of energy and she’s been good with dogs and other cats. Pretty neutral with other animals. She sometimes needs a confidence boost to come up to strangers but most kittens grow out of this.

More about this rescue

Visit our site at www.DelawarePuppyRescue.org if you are interested in one of our pets.

DPR was established in 2004 as a 501(c) non profit organize and an all volunteer rescue organization. We are not a shelter. We rescue both cats and dogs. We care for these pets in our foster homes until proper and stable homes are found through a multi-step adoption process. Our ultimate goal is to match families with our pets so that they live out their lives in loving, educated, safe homes for the remainder of their lives. Our additional goals in rescue are to educate the public in the importance of spaying/neutering and exposing the truth behind pet store puppys and the horrors of puppy mills.
