Meet the Pet
This helps RescuedOhio with pet care costs.
Ringle is a 3 year old Shepherd Mix that is experiencing life for the first time outside of a shelter. He has puppy energy and puppy curiosity. He is a friendly boy that does not need crated overnight for bedtime. He enjoys sleeping on his own bed with his tennis ball, next to his foster. However, if left alone, he does better in a crate.
He does have some anxiety, which is currently being managed with medication. We hope that as he continues to become acclimated to new experiences and burns off some energy that it may decrease. Ringle would do best with an experienced adopter that is willing to continue to work on his training with him. He is reactive to bikes and squirrels and therefore requires a securely fenced yard.
Ringle has discovered that he loves cuddling, belly rubs and chew toys. He also loves healthy snacks in a Kong such as bone broth, apples and berries and of course Bully sticks.
He has not been tested around cats. He is a strong boy so a home without small children would be best as he could knock someone over unintentionally.
Ringle's adoption fee is $350. Apply now at www.rescuedohio.org.
