My name is Alchemy!

Hi, I'm Alchemy, a Lab mix who recently found myself at FDHS after being found as a stray. It's been tough coming to terms with the fact that my previous family never came to reclaim me. I can't help but wonder what went wrong. 

I'm a higher-energy boy who loves to go on long walks and bask in the warm sunshine, but here at the shelter, I often find myself longing for the days of running freely. I'm a bit strong on leash, so I would do best in a home with a fenced yard or someone capable of leash-walking me until my heart's content. 

While I'm indifferent to the other dogs in the kennels, I still hope to make some furry friends one day. If you have other dogs, I'd just need slow introductions to help me feel comfortable. I haven't been tested with cats yet, but I'm willing to give it a try if you think I'm good 

I may not have all the answers about my past, but I have so much love to give my new family. If you're looking fr a hunky snuggle buddy who just wants a chance at happiness, I would love for you to consider bringing me being your new BFF!
