My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Dominick is very affectionate when he gets to know you. He likes to play but doesn't use his claws when playing with your hands. He can be a little mischief some times. His favorite toys are a knotted up plastic bag which he likes to hit around the house and a small bell with a piece of yarn attached to it. He likes to hold a blanket in his mouth and kneed it when he's beside you on the couch. He's a very sweet boy.

More about this rescue

Saving Lives Animal Rescue is a group of independent people who volunteer together to help the homeless animals within Stanislaus and San Joaquin Counties find forever homes. The majority of these animals are looked over for adoption at the shelter, they are the “ left overs” the ones nobody wants and would otherwise be euthanized. They may need a little more love and patience and therefore may spend a lil more time in foster care. Some of our cats are coming out of colonies, either abandoned adults or litters of kittens. Some may even need bottle feeding.
