Hi, I’m Celica! I’m a sweet girl who loves attention and a lap to lay in now that my puppies no longer need me. I am a happy 2 year old pit bull, I am so happy that I developed happy tail. My tail wouldn't heal so it had to be amputated. I am house trained and crate trained. I walk well on a leash and prefer to go on leash walks or be on a tie out as I can climb chain link fences and jump a 3 foot baby gate/pen. I get along well with the other dogs in my foster home and I do well with the 3 and 1.5 year old human kids, cats is unknown. I am very food motivated and eager to please so learning commands and house manners should come easily. I love being with my humans and going for car rides!

Celica's adoption fee is $300. She is spayed, current on vaccines, microchipped with registration, heartworm tested negative and on flea/tick/heartworm prevention. If interested please apply at gfrpets.org/apply/adoptdog/

If we find a good match for you, you can pay the adoption fee, sign the contract, and take the pet home!

Additional adoption info

Adopters fill out a no-obligation contract. If approved, they will fill out a contract for the animal. Adoption fees are $200 per dog ($250 for puppies 6 months and younger) and $60 for cats ($100 for kittens), which includes spay/neuter, vaccines, microchip registration, deworming medications, heartworm and flea preventative.

This is a small, foster based rescue run by volunteers. Please be patient as it may take a few days to approve your application.
