R.J. is a 1 1/2 year old pure bred black lab. He is beautiful and nearly a 100 pound. He is fully house trained and kennel trained. We picked him out of a litter of puppies from a family in Pennsylvania through greenfieldpuppies.com
I have trained him to do many things but unfortunately I have been unsuccessful training him to be more gentle with our 4 year old twins outside. I was hoping he would grow out of it but because of his size he can not be trusted to not play to rough with my 4 year olds when playing outside. I don't have any problems with him playing outside with our 10 and 12 year old. Overall He is very energetic and mostly gentle with a big heart. He is a very protective dog. He scares easily. He will raise his hair and bark aggressively but would never bite or hurt anyone. He loves to take walks. Because of his size and his pulling we use a special non pull harness. R.J. Is very loyal and loving and we want to find him a good home.
