My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Leo, a lovable 1-year-old pup weighing in at 62 pounds. Leo is a spirited and sociable companion who adores people almost as much as he enjoys his toys. Whether it's a ball, a soft toy, or a rope toy, Leo is always ready for playtime. He loves to fetch and will often bring his toy back, playfully challenging you to take it from him as he trots by. If you don't manage to grab it, don't worry—Leo will return to give you another shot or will drop it at your feet for another round. He's a smart boy who knows commands like "Sit" and "Lay Down," and he absolutely loves treats. If you're looking for a playful and affectionate furry friend, Leo might just be the perfect match for you!

Breed is based on physical features. All shelter animals are considered to be a mixture of breeds.

More about this shelter

Springdale Animal Services' mission is to provide shelter and care to the thousands of stray, abandoned, abused, and neglected animals in need every year. We reunite lost pets with their owners, and place many that are homeless in caring, permanent homes. We strive to ensure the welfare and public safety of our community and its animals through education of our citizens and enforcement of our ordinances. We promote spaying/neutering all domestic animals at the earliest appropriate age, as a means of reducing their overpopulation.
