My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Description:

Meet Boots, a kitten with an infectious zest for life. This little one is an embodiment of sweetness, always ready to share a cuddle or a purr. Boots' playful nature is captivating; he can turn anything into a toy, proving that joy can be found in the simplest things. His energy is boundless, making every day an adventure. Boots' curiosity is his most endearing trait, always eager to explore and learn. He's a little explorer on four paws, always ready to discover new things. But what Boots wants most is a forever home, where his playful antics and sweet purrs can bring joy and laughter. Adopting Boots means inviting a bundle of joy into your life, a companion who will be by your side, ready to play, explore, and love unconditionally. With Boots, every day is a new adventure filled with fun and love.

Additional adoption info

Some of our "ready to adopt" felines are located at one of our Arizona PetSmart locations. https://www.savingonelife.org/adopt/locations/

We also have a small satellite operation in San Diego with adoption events on select Saturdays at the PetSmart Escondido store.

We highly recommend applying in advance in order to increase your opportunity at adopting the kitty you are interested in. Applications are processed in the order they were received. If you have questions, please email adoptions@savingonelife.org.

More about this rescue

Saving One Life is a completely foster based, volunteer run, never kill rescue. Our motto is that although we can't save the world, it makes a world of difference to the ones we do save.

If you find a litter of kittens or your cat accidentally got pregnant - please contact us if you are able to foster them at intake@savingonelife.org. We cannot take in more animals without foster homes. All supplies and vet care will be taken care of - all you have to do is open your home and heart to them until they can find homes of their own!

All of our adoptable animals are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, tested for felv/fiv (Cats), dewormed, and microchipped. Adoption fees range depending on the animal's age and breed. All adoption fees assist other animals in our care - we do not have any paid employees. We are a completely never kill group that provides sanctuary to any "unadoptable" animals that come into our care including hospice care.
