My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Whitewalker was surrendered because his owner was incarcerated. This boy is so friendly and has been around other dogs and kids. He does need help calming down sometimes as he gets zoomies. Typical bully breed mentality of everything is a game! hes not really for a first time pet owner**Please fill out an application found on our website under "adopt a pet" and send it in to start adoption process.**

More about this shelter

Van Wert is a small rural community. The Van Wert County Humane Society has seen hard times in the past but since the Humane Society is under a new board, things have changed for the better and we work hard to care for and adopt the animals at the shelter. We have a small base of volunteers that will come and spend time with the animals at the shelter. We take donations of any sort, and the Humane Society is 501c3.
