Meet Piper, who comes to us from the Rowan County Animal Shelter. Piper is a 5–7-year-old, 7 lb., Papillon mix. She has had her first set of shots, is microchipped and heartworm negative. Piper is so fun, active and playful. At this time, she has a dental abscess and will be having dental surgery in the next few days. This little girl is the perfect lap dog.
