Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Tucker, who comes to us from the Rowan County Animal Shelter as a medical adoption. He is a 7–9-year-old, 15.5 lb., heartworm negative, neutered Shih Tzu. Tucker is extremely sweet, and his tail never stops wagging. He has had his first set of shots and is microchipped. He was an owner surrender to the shelter and has lived the last year outside. Tucker does have an eye issue. He was taken immediately to our vet to have his eyes examined and tested and will be having his right eye removed due to being diagnosed with Hypopyon. The eye is leaking and painful and with this removal he should lead a wonderful, pain-free life without any further issue. His left eye has chronic dry eye and will likely need drops for life. He has some deformities inside the eye but appears to see fine. The eye was tested for tears and pressure. If you would be interested in giving this sweet boy a forever home, please send us your email address to obtain an adoption application.
