Meet Benz! Benz is a loving dog that has bundles of energy. He is always eager to go on adventures and spend time with his people. Benz loves to play and his favourite part of the day is going on walks. He is always ready for snacks and quickly falls in love with anyone who has treats to share with him.

Benz is looking for a home that can provide him with lots of exercise and enrichment for his growing puppy brain! He is looking for a family that can show him all the good sides of life and love him every step of the way. Like many puppies, Benz is still constantly learning and will need guidance as he learns how to become the best dog that he can be!

If Benz sounds like the right fit for your family, please follow the steps below to fill out an application!

The BC SPCA is a non-profit organization dedicated to protecting and enhancing the quality of life for domestic, farm and wild animals in British Columbia. Through its locations and operations across the province the BC SPCA provides emergency medical care and sheltering for more than 37,000 animals each year. The society also conducts more than 4,600 cruelty investigations and provides a wide range of advocacy and education programs for domestic, farm and wild animals through its Provincial Office.

Our mission, vision and charter is at the heart of all we do to rescue, protect and care for animals. It is also the driving force behind our animal welfare and education programs.

Our Charter:

The BC SPCA Charter is the foundation that guides the work we do:

Whereas:

The world is inhabited by many species sharing a common ecosystem of air, earth, and water. We recognize and value our interconnectedness with all animals.

Therefore:

The BC Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals is dedicated to protecting and enhancing the quality of life for the animals of the world we share.

We pledge our energies to inspire and mobilize society to create a world in which all animals, who depend on humans for their well-being, experience, as a minimum, five essential freedoms:

1. Freedom from hunger and thirst

2. Freedom from pain, injury, and disease

3. Freedom from distress

4. Freedom from discomfort

5. Freedom to express behaviours that promote well-being.
