My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Audie is a German Shepherd/Hound mix who found himself in a very full shelter. Bedford Humane Society was asked to rescue him in hopes of finding him a home. We believe Audie is part of the litter of 6 owner surrenders we received earlier this month. I believe Audie was one of the smaller puppies, he is very active and as all puppies do, he needs lots of exercise. Audie would do well with children that are old enough to understand that puppies jump and nibble. Audie has not been around cats, but he is young enough to learn that a feline can be his best friend. He will grow into a large dog and your best friend if you add him to your family.

Audie has been dewormed, microchipped, vaccinated, tested for heartworms, and is on heartworm preventative.

Since he is not yet neutered, Audie is not available for adoption outside of the counties contiguous to Bedford County.
