My name is El Nina!

Meet El Nina!
This sweet little girl was found pregnant and was never claimed by anyone. We don’t know her history, but we’ve learned a lot about her in the past few months.
This little girl just wants to be loved. She is very territorial and needs work being around people and other dogs who she doesn't count as her family. She needs a very good introduction to other dogs and will resource guard her people and space. She is looking for a home that will provide her with safety and security, but who will also teach her impulse control and will socialize her. She would likely be happiest as an only dog.
A warm lap where she can be cuddled and loved is all she really wants. She is so sweet with her family members, but has a hard time with strangers, so a quiet home without many visitors would be great for her.
