My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Mickey is an affectionate and playful kitty. He was rescued as a feral and took a while to come around but has made a lot of improvement in his confidence. Mickey may be hesitant to receive pets and scratches, but if you stick your hand out for him to sniff or if you have Greenie's Oven Roasted Chicken treats, you can win his heart over. He's used to being around cats of all ages. He may need at least one buddy so that he doesn't resort back into his shell. Mickey is a five-month-old male tuxedo. He has been neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, and flea treated

More about this rescue

Our organization is dedicated to the protection and humane treatment of pets in the San Gabriel Valley area. We encourage people to rescue a homeless animal instead of buying one. We screen each new potential owner to ensure that an animal and owner are a good match. We also educate the community on the importance of early vaccinations for fatal and easily preventable diseases. We also advocate spaying or neutering to reduce pet overpopulation. Once an animal is in our care we vaccinate all rescues against disease & provide needed health care, fight pet overpopulation by spaying or neutering all rescues, and provide lifetime shelter and care to any rescued animal that is not adopted.
