Meet Bot, a kitten with soft fur and a kind heart.
This brave boy came to us with a larvae in his neck and a nasty infection. With larvae removal and antibiotics he made a quick recovery.
Bot has a heart full of love and a purr that could soothe the most troubled soul. Bot may never be wildly outgoing but he is the snuggliest boy you have ever meet! His favorite place to sit is on your shoulder snuggled into your neck. His purr is so loud - he lets you know how happy he is!
His gentle nature makes him the perfect companion for quiet evenings at home.
Despite his initial reserved demeanor, Bot is a joy to be around. His soft purrs and affectionate personality can turn any house into a home.
Bot's love for other cats makes him a great addition to a home with other feline companions. A testament to his kind and friendly disposition. He loves snuggling with his foster friends. Snuggling is Bot's love language.
Have you noticed how handsome he is??? Big eyes and a beautiful face make Bot a camera magnet. He could be a kitty model!
Adopt Bot and let his gentle purrs fill your home with tranquility and peace.
Bot is currently in a foster home. If you are interested in meeting him, please send a message here, or email adopt@ahsem.org.
Adoption fees are as follows: $155 for a single cat or kitten, $195 for a pair of cats or kittens. When adopting a cat from AHSEM the adoption includes spay or neuter surgery, age appropriate core vaccines, microchipping, combo tested (for FIV/FeLV), and basic wellness care including deworming and flea treatment.

AHSEM treats every adoption as "foster to adopt" This means that the first two weeks in which you have the cat is the "foster period." We do our best to ensure the right match for all involved and want to give the cat(s) time to decompress and adapt to their new environment. However, we realize sometimes things don't work out as expected. Therefore, during that two-week period, if something doesn’t work out you can bring the cat back. We will always take our cats back even after the "foster to adopt" period. We would hate to see them end up at a kill shelter, abandoned, or any other unsafe situation.
