Atlas is a roughly 2.5 y.o. BEAUTIFUL and unique brown German Shepherd with a pair of loving brown eyes to match. This ham weighs about 85-90lbs; what can we say? The boy loves his treatos! Especially if they taste and smell like bacon . He's obsessed and will do ANYTHING for a goodie! If you tell him to be easy when accepting the treat, he will be a complete gentleman about it! This well mannered boy knows basic commands and is crate trained! Now, he may sing the song of his people at first, but he settles after a bit. Be sure to latch his crate correctly, because that nose of his is not just meant for sniffing out bacon, but he moonlights as an escape artist using that snoot of his!
Mr. Atlas has many great qualities; he is active and energetic. He has a healthy size bark and will tell you what he thinks when needed. He is very protective of his people & loves to stay close to your side. He loves giving kisses when he's comfortable with you, so watch out!
One of his biggest passions is fetch. Perhaps you didn't make pitcher for a MLB team, but Atlas doesn't care! As long as you're still pitching, that's all he gives a fluff about! Another passion of his is chasing cats... so it's probably best that he is in a home with just doggos.
In summary, Atlas is the biggest sweetheart with a protective spirit, but when it's time to be submissive to his alpha, he understands.
Don't miss your opportunity to give this secret softy a great home and some belly scratches. He's incredible and wants a family to love unconditionally.

The Four Legged Ranch began in 2015. We are a experienced group of rescuers that have come together as a team to change lives of dogs at risk at high kill shelters. We focus on pit bulls and bully breeds, but we are open to help all breeds. Together we are changing their world and adding a new family member to yours.
