Here's what the humans have to say about me:
I'm sweet, independent, and ready to find a calm, loving place to call home. I'm a little bit nervous when you first meet me, but with time and treats, you'll be my best friend. I've made lots of friends here at the shelter, and the dogs I've gotten to play with are pretty cool. We love to run and jump a bit before we all lay down and spend some time rolling in the grass.
Back inside, I'm certainly ready to nap and snuggle up to my people. I should also let you know that I'll be finding a comfy spot on the couch whenever I get the chance. It'll take some serious treats and food to convince me to get up and get moving once I find the perfect napping spot. If you're looking for a mellow ma'am who loves to spend time with puppy pals, come on by and say hi!
I am a 4y10m old, Female, American Pit Bull Terrier mix. I am spayed, microchipped and up to date on my vaccinations and preventions. Come and visit me today from 11am-7pm at 3201 Earhart Drive, Carrollton, Texas 75006!
I am also eligible for a 7-day trial adoption through our Foster First program. This program gives you and our pets time to ensure it's a great match before finalizing the adoption. If interested in fostering through our Foster First Program, come to our Earhart shelter location for a meet and greet and to sign up to be a foster. https://www.operationkindness.org/foster/
