My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This dobie male was found without a collar or microchip during an extreme heat wave, along with another female dobie. He was reported to the Contra Costa County Animal Services and is on stray hold until November 10, 2024. If he is not claimed by this date by an owner, he will be available for adoption.

Vanilla Ice is great with people, affectionate, well behaved and dog friendly.

Jelly's Place is a rescue and No-kill shelter founded in 2017 to be an advocate for the lives and dignity of urban animals who are homeless, abandoned, impounded, sick, or injured, by providing responsible care, placement, and community education. Its founder, Julie Bainbridge, has been rescuing and fostering animals since childhood. She has rescued, fostered, and /or raised all kinds of animals, including baby squirrels, raccoons, pigeons, chickens, geese, ducks, skunks (yes- skunks), wild and tropical birds, pigmey goats, mice, snakes, rabbits, dogs, and cats.
