What our volunteers say about Nanook:
"Nanook is GORGEOUS and also has his own language, true to huskies. He enjoys fetch, is patient and forgiving (a month in his kennel straight for treatment 😳) and enjoys a good rub down."

"Nanook had a long bout of sickness that kept him confined to his kennel for weeks. The first day he came we expected chaos but not this guy. He was excited of course but still well behaved and so happy. He loves to run and especially enjoys kids."

1.
Visit the Facility and Find a Pet

Our hours are 12 pm to 4 pm Monday through Saturday

2.
Meet the Pet

Ask for the pup you are interested in by name or walk the adoption floor.

3.
Pay Fee

Our adoption fee is $105 which covers vetting and microchip

4.
Take the Pet Home

Please remember it can take up to 3 weeks for your new furry friend to decompress from the stress of shelter life.

Additional adoption info

Your adoption fee of $105 includes the following services:

Dogs:
1. Spay/ neuter
2. Heartworm test
3. Rabies vaccination
4. One Distemper/Parvo vaccination (Dogs and puppies receive one vaccination upon entering the shelter. A second vaccination is included in the adoption package. Puppies require a series of 3 vaccinations to be fully immunized, the third vaccination is at the new owner’s expense)
. Bordetella Vaccination (Dogs and puppies receive one Bordatella vaccination upon entering the shelter. This vaccine is required to prevent kennel cough)
6. Microchip
Cats:
1. Spay or neuter
2. Feline Leukemia test ( Branson Veterinary)
3. One FVRCP vaccination (Cats and kittens receive one vaccination upon entering the shelter. A second vaccination is included in the adoption package. A second vaccination is included in the adoption package. Kittens require a series of 3 vaccinations to be fully immunized, the third vaccination is at the new owner’s expense)
4. Rabies vaccination
5. Microchip
