My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Introducing Awkward Arnold! Arnold is about a year old and arrived at the shelter as a stray who was absolutely terrified! It took him some time to come out of his shell and that`s how he ended up with his nickname of Awkward Arnold. This sweet boy has so many wrinkles that he always looks a bit worried (even when he isn`t scared). Really all he`s worried about is making sure he gets enough snuggles, and that he`s given you enough kisses (and also that he gets enough treats).

Arnold enjoys playing with other dogs and matches other dog`s play styles so he doesn`t even make the resident grumpy dog in his foster home mad. He`d love to go to a home with another dog or two (or more if you want to really make it a party!).

Arnold took several days in his foster home before he felt relaxed enough to play with toys. He now enjoys both collecting them in the bed, and randomly abandoning them around the house. So far he`s the happiest when he`s snuggling or playing with the other pups in the house. He`s a pro at taking naps whether you`re teleworking or just having a lazy day in bed. He`s an A+ snuggler and often wants to be the little spoon. If you decide against spooning, he`ll show you his wrinkly worried face, give you some kisses, and if you still don`t give in, he`ll curl up in a ball next to you or at the foot of the bed. Arnold loves to be with his people and will follow you around the house.

It turns out that Arnold isn`t really that awkward at all and his foster family is thinking about changing his nickname to Awesome Arnold.
