Hi, I'm Legend! I'm a handsome 11-month-old hound with a sleek coat of tan short hair and a personality that's sure to win you over. Even though I'm still a pup, I've already mastered the "sit" and "down" commands. I'm a quick learner, especially when treats are involved-I'm all about those tasty rewards! I'm treat-motivated and always ready to learn something new, so if you're up for teaching, I'm ready to impress. If you're searching for a loyal, loving companion who's eager to please and ready to grow with you, I'm your guy-Legend, at your service!
🐾 Legend is dog social!
Legend would do best in a home with: -Children age 12 and over
Primary Color: Tan Secondary Color: Red Weight: 67 Age: 1yrs 1mths 2wks

More about this shelter
Kitsap Humane Society is a private, nonprofit animal shelter. We rescue and rehome over 6000 pets each year. Every dog or cat leaves our shelter spayed or neutered and with complete vaccines and a microchip. We have been caring for animals in need since 1908 and envision a time when all adoptable pets have loving homes.
We are extremely proud of our exceptionally high “lives saved” rate of over 96%. Through our active adoption, behavior, foster, transfer, and veterinary programs, we are able to rehome every adoptable animal that enters our facility. No animal is ever euthanized for lack of space.
In addition to caring for and adopting animals, we also provide spay/neuter services to low income residents of Kitsap County, and provide Animal Rescue and Enforcement services to our surrounding municipalities.
