Meet Nova, one of the adorable black kittens available for adoption at FMAR! She came in at around 5 weeks old, suffering from a severe upper respiratory infection and crusted-shut eyes. But after some much-needed TLC and foster care, Nova is healthy and ready to find her forever home. She's a snuggly, playful kitten who's been well-socialized with other kittens, kids, and even dogs. Nova is the first to greet you with her friendly personality, though she can be a bit of a food hog. If you're looking for a kitten to light up your life, Nova's the one!
If you'd like to adopt Nova, please submit an application. I'm spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, and negative for FIV/FeLV.

We are a nonprofit, no-kill animal shelter comprised mostly of volunteers. We take in cats and dogs from local shelters and the public who can no longer care for their pets. Each of the volunteers at FMAR has a tremendous amount of love for animals and simply wants to do what they can to ensure that as many animals as possible find a forever home. Until then, each animal has a home at FMAR indefinitely.
