I am super friendly and outgoing! The volunteers here love to take me to events because I do great in the car and I am always well behaved in public. I would be best suited for an active home with people who have time to train me and accommodate my energy level. I would be a fantastic hiking or jogging partner. I could be in a home with older children who understand my energy level, or a home with another dog given we have a proper introduction. I do well in a crate and haven't been reported to have any potty accidents in a home setting. I'm eagerly waiting to meet you and your family. I am neutered, up to date on all age appropriate vaccines, heartworm negative, microchipped, and on monthly flea, tick, and heartworm prevention. My adoption fee is $250, which helps cover the cost of the medical care I have received.
**Each dog is different, so each adoption is different. Our adoption process might require multiple visits to the shelter before our dogs can go home. Or they may be ready on the first visit. It really depends on the individual dog and the potential adopters. Once we receive your application, the Dog Staff will contact you to discuss meeting our dogs.

Each of the volunteers at FMAR has a tremendous amount of love for animals and simply wants to do what they can to ensure that as many animals as possible find a forever home.
