A beacon of hope shines bright as GRRAND and animal advocates across the commonwealth collaborate to help rescue animals trapped in a devastating hoarding situation on a rural County Kentucky farm. Advocates eagerly await justice for the abused animals and the swift rescue of those still suffering in inhumane conditions.
This is Webster, one of the rural county hoarding dogs and he is believed to be a Lab/Golden/Great Pyr mix and we are happy to report this guy is truly thriving! He still is working on the fact that all things are new for him, but he is doing great as his foster family says:
"What does it take to unlock a dog's full potential? For Webster, it was love, care, and patience. This shy neutered one year old boy has evolved into a happy, outgoing companion, exceling in leash walks, stairs, and crate training. Webster is housebroken and car-ready, loves dogs of all sizes and has won over all people he meets. Now, he seeks a home with a confident dog and patient family to continue his growth. He is ready to bring joy to his new family!"
Webster will need a home with an above ground securely fenced yard as he is considered a flight risk due to life of formerly living on open land. He will need a family with the time and patience to work with him through any insecurities he may have.
If you would like to open your home to foster or adopt Webster, please fill out an app at GRRAND.org
