My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet the elegant Jeff who always appears to be posing for a magazine cover. "Let me lay my arm here. I think a head tilt towards the sun would strike the right note."

One might think such an elegant cat would be a snob, but Jeff is no snob. He is sweet, calm, gentle, affectionate, curious, and, sometimes, silly.

This boy loves sitting at the top of the cat tree and stretching his tall body to peer out windows. He a student of the world. He gets along well with other cats, but prefers to be on his own or cuddling near or on his human. He seems to prefer a quieter atmosphere.

Jeff was raised with a child in the house, but is a little shy around excited youngsters. He would be fine in a house with small children, but would, most likely, not be highly interactive with them and would be reserved.

Jeff was also raised with another cat and would do well with other cats. That said, he really enjoys being the sole object of his human's attention, so he would be great as a solo cat.

He has not been tested with dogs, but would probably do fine as long as he had a cat tree for solitary space.

This gentle, handsome boy is ready for his next modeling assignment. Will you book him for a permanent assignment?

You will be emailed a link to our online adoption contract. Simply fill it out online to transfer ownership from the rescue to you!

Once you complete the online application using the below link, you will be able to discuss and ask questions directly to the foster parent. We believe this is a big advantage to you as our organization is completely foster based, we really understand our cats personalities at a deep level. This helps to ensure a great match with you and your family.

Completing our online application does not commit you to adopt from our rescue. Rather it helps us to understand your requirements and match you with the best possible cat or kitten.

Once you complete the application and it is approved, we can set up a meet and greet and if all works out, you may bring the kittens or cats home the same day. Please make sure to bring an adequately sized pet carrier with you to your meet and greet. We recommend a pet carrier which opens from the top as this is the easiest way to place a cat inside a carrier. If you do decide to adopt, we do expect you to take home your cat the same day as there are so many cats and kittens which need to be rescued from high kill shelters, we almost always rescue a new cat or kitten the very next day. If it is not possible for you to take your cat or kitten home the same day, we do charge a boarding fee of $10 per day for supplies and to encourage you to take your newly adopted cat home. We will board for a maximum of 3 days if needed to allow you time to get needed supplies.

Our adoption fees are listed at the link below. This fee includes full vetting, flea treatment, de-worming, spay surgery, FeLV and FIV test, microchip insertion, and vaccinations up to date for the kittens or cats age. We are able to PayPal or most major credit cards for the adoption fee.
