Kiwi is a dane mix. She is a bit shy of new people as a typical dane would be. This girl becomes sweeter the more comfortable she gets with you and her surroundings. She has been around other dogs but will need to meet.**Please fill out an application found on our website under "adopt a pet" and send it in to start adoption process.**

More about this shelter

Van Wert is a small rural community. The Van Wert County Humane Society has seen hard times in the past but since the Humane Society is under a new board, things have changed for the better and we work hard to care for and adopt the animals at the shelter. We have a small base of volunteers that will come and spend time with the animals at the shelter. We take donations of any sort, and the Humane Society is 501c3.
