Charm is a 3 year old Maltese mix ready to bring the magic to her forever home! Charm was rescued from one of our local shelters after being found running the streets. We scooped her up and after a good bath, were ready to hit the road with our happy gal! Charm weighs around 12 pounds and is a total doll. Charm has a shedding coat but she likely won’t be a Golden Retriever level shedder. Charm is so excited to bounce her way into your arms and start her magical new life with you this spooky season!

Charm is a total dream dog who makes magic blossom wherever she goes! She is so sweet and playful and greets every day with a grin on her face and a tail wagging a million miles a minute. Charm is a total Velcro dog who would love spending every day hanging out with her chosen person. She’s the perfect size to join you on errands or trips to the coffee shop for a sweet treat. Charm is a dream WFH companion as she is happy to curl up in a bed next to you as you take Zoom calls. She could even be a company mascot if you ask us! Charm is down to go with the flow of her household and makes every day amazing. She can even play fetch by herself which is quite the party trick! Charm may be little but she also loves to head out and explore the world around her. She tackles hikes and walks with a brilliant smile and wins over everyone she meets. Charm is also a little foodie and loves snacking on treats as she sneaks them with her brilliant puppy dog eyes. Charm is beyond ready to wave her magic wand and make you fall madly in love with her.

Charm starts her day around 7 AM and wanders around the yard as her foster mom starts the coffee machine. She has her breakfast and then settles in as a member of the dog pack as her foster mom starts her workday. During the day, she is fairly content to hang out and lounge on a soft bed. She goes on a walk in the afternoon with the rest of her foster siblings and loves checking out the neighborhood. She comes home for dinner around 6 PM. After dinner, she hops up on the couch for some snuggle time with her people. She loves a good belly rub or ear scratch. Once she’s ready for bed, she goes out for one more potty and then curls up in her bed for the night.

Charm lives with several dogs and gets along fabulously with them all. Charm is housebroken and knows how to take herself outside when she needs to. Charm is great in the car and loves going on adventures. She loves meeting new people and adores all her best friends. Charm is super smart and is eager to learn all the tricks she can… as long as treats are involved! Charm can’t wait to meet you and make you fall madly in love with her!

Charm is an option for just about any home. She could be a fabulous first-time dog for a lucky family. Kids in the home should be over the age of 9.

More about this rescue

We are passionate folks who love dogs and love people! We strive to make the most appropriate match between human and canine. Because our dogs live in foster homes we know about their temperament and personality and therefore can help families and individuals decide if the dog is a good match or not. We are excited to help people find the right pooch for them and look forward to meeting great folks and welcoming them into the DPS Family.
