Lucky has had a very tough life, spending most of it on the streets. He was rescued a month ago in Downtown, where he was on the verge of dying from dehydration and starvation. Neighbors said he arrived in the area six years ago, and some kind-hearted people would feed him occasionally.
After receiving veterinary care, Loki was diagnosed with kidney failure. Now, he is looking for a peaceful place to spend the rest of his days and receive the treatment and care he needs.
