Wallabus is a 'wobble' kitten

Wallabus is a sweet silly boy. He is independent but affectionate. He knows what he wants and will work to get it, crawling up to get in your lap for pets and purring or playing hide-and-go-seek with his toys. Despite his handicaps he is very capable. He is fun to watch, with a real joy for life, and he's always in good spirits. Wallabus is a "Wobble" kitten -- which means he as a neurological disorder, called cerebellar hypoplasia, that affects his balance and coordination. He won't get any better and he won't get any worse. It doesn't affect his health or his life span. He's just going to act like a drunkin sailor the rest of his life.

With an approved application, applicants are considered for the pet they have applied for. Our goal is to make the best match for both the adopting family and the pet. Applications are NOT considered on a first come first served basis. Following an initial meet and great, potential adopters must pass a home inspection and sleepovers are strongly encouraged to ensure a perfect fit. Upon approval, the adoptive family is required to pay a fee and sign an adoption agreement. Fees are $200 for a puppy under a year and $150 for adults and include spay/neuter, current vaccines, microchip and many wonderful years of companionship.
