Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
These cuties were born toward the end of June 2024, but the momma cat kept them hidden in the woods nowhere to be found until the end of August when they finally surfaced! Momma was tired and hungry and it was almost as if she was finally asking for help for herself and her babies. Since they’d had no human interaction they were leery at first, but after about 2 weeks their foster mom Stacy was able to catch them all and start making up for lost time! 🐾
🧡Halen🧡 is a tabby who’s the adventurous one of the group. He’s known to take off with the zoomies! He is a circus all by himself! 🎪 He’s super sweet and you can hold him like a baby until he’s ready to take off…Running, jumping , climbing. He is all BOY and stays on the go! 🐾
🖤Dahlia🖤 is a tuxedo who’s a real diva! She’s full of sass, so if you want a lap cat, she is NOT your girl! She would rather be admired from a distance and does not enjoy being held. She will play with you on her terms! She loves rope toys or anything she can chase and she’s fascinated with watching TV. She has the cutest salt and pepper fur. She would do best being paired with one of her siblings as she is the shy one of the bunch. She sticks with her brother Hendrix the most - they always snuggle up together!
🧡Hendrix🧡 is the biggest of the crew! He’s tall and handsome with cute white feet he will paw at you with. He’s so gentle and loving! He loves any interactive toys or tunnels he can run through.
Please see our rescue information for our adoption fees or email us at billythekiddenrescue@gmail.com.

We have an adoption application to learn a bit about the home our cats will be going to and the family's motivation for adoption and expectations about pet ownership. We also have an adoption contract, which includes a no declawing and indoor-only clause along with a vet promissory note that ensures you will continue with the medical care and spay/neuter if needed.
We DO NOT do any out of state adoptions except on the NC border on a case-by-case basis.
We require a donation of $120 for adoption of unaltered kittens with a PTV Contract. All kittens receive vaccine series and wormings as well as medical treatment as needed. The adopter is responsible for obtaining their rabies vaccine and spay/neuter if the kitten is not of age at the time of adoption. We can provide resources for low cost clinics that offer these services.
We ask a donation of $25 to adopt Career/barn cats.
We require a donation of at least $140 for adoption of Spayed/neutered cat.
Bonded pairs adoption donation is $200.
Sometimes we require rental checks or home inspections. We always have a Meet n Greet to make sure everyone gets along. We encourage bringing the whole family!

More about this rescue
Our mission is to improve the lives of displaced cats and reduce feral cat population in Hampton Roads by socializing outdoor-born and feral kittens for adoption into loving forever homes. We are a VDACS registered 501c3 nonprofit, founded in 2014 with over 60 foster homes.
Our heart is in TNR (Trap, Neuter, Return of ferals), where cats are fixed, vaccinated, ear tipped, and allowed to live out their lives without reproducing. We are advocates for advancing legal and social acceptance of TNR in Hampton Roads. Our unique feral kitten socialization program has a 90% success rate in socializing feral-born kittens to become loving, in-home pets.
We are always seeking fosters, volunteers, transporters, and trappers to join our team!
We also appreciate donations! Find our most needed items
