My name is Stokes!

Stokes is a chatty, expressive cat who loves to play. He sticks close to his chosen person, making him a wonderful constant companion. He enjoys being pet and held when he's in the right mood, though he's usually more of a wrestler than a cuddler. He's never aggressive, but when he gets excited, he might play a bit too rough for small children. He can also be anxious and spooks easily, so Stokes needs a peaceful environment and a caretaker who will help him feel safe. He’d probably love having another cat to play with!

Stokes is smart and food-motivated, which is a great basis for learning tricks. If you have a treat, he'll sit and take it from your hand like a little gentleman!

Stokes was previously adopted by an elderly couple who, unfortunately, recently passed away. Now he's looking for a new home with people who can give him the love, patience, and play time that he needs.
