My name is Nala!

Nala is a one year old Lab/Heeler mix. Nala is a very sweet and intelligent dog. She loves taking walks and playing fetch. Nala also can be quiet and loves laying down looking out the window or laying by your side. She is good with older kids and other dogs. Nala has not been around cats.
Nala weighs about 53 lbs. She is healthy but she does take medicine twice a day for anxiety. The mediciine is about $20/month She loves pill pockets so it's very easy to give to her. I found out recently that I have developed an allergy to dogs. I also have other health concerns that make it impossible for me to keep her. Also, I live in an apartment and she needs a fenced yard or something similar for exercise. The veterinarian has explained that this would help with her anxiety. She's loving, smart and just a lot of fun. Nala can do puzzle toys and really loves the challenge. She is very treat motivated so teaching her things is pretty easy. Nala can sit, stay, and wait, and walks on a leash.
