Darla is a darling 4-month-old retriever-mix! This little girl is playful and full-of-life and dreaming of having her very own yard and toys. Darla enjoys playing with her kennel mates, so we think she’ll do great in a home that already has dogs, but she’d be fine having all the love and attention to herself too! As with all puppies, Darla will need some patience as she learns the rules of her new home, but she seems smart and ready to learn. Darla will have a little energy to burn off once she leaves the shelter but we are confident she’s a very good girl! The adoption fee is $50 and before Darla leaves the shelter, she will be spayed, microchipped, and up-to-date on vaccinations.

Caddo Parish Animal Services is an open-admission shelter meaning no homeless animal is turned away. Our goal is to reunite lost pets with their owners and when that is not possible, find a new home for them, provided that they are healthy and not aggressive.
