Here's what the humans have to say about me:
An adorable little dog, with a big personality!
Zuma is a boy that is quick to make new friends! He gets along with other dogs, would likely do well with kids, and is young enough to be introduced to the feline companions! Zuma was found on a property abandoned and starved. Luckily thanks to a good Samaritan Zuma was able to get the help he needed to become a young healthy boy! Zuma is now ready to find his furever family! He is a wonderful companion that is looking for a family that loves to go for walks and spend the evening snuggling!

More about this shelter
We are the only shelter in Cedar County, Iowa. We take in homeless dogs and cats and help them to find carefully screened, lifelong, and nurturing homes. FOA serves Cedar County, Iowa.
When you adopt, you’re not just giving a deserving dog or cat a home. You’re also reducing the demand for puppy mills and other industrial-scale breeding operations that put profits before animal welfare. Homeless, scared, abused, neglected or surrendered, whatever the circumstance may be, our goal is to give all animals the chance to feel loved, wanted and special. After all, their souls are pure, and they deserve only the best from us.
