My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Jojo and Onion Ring are a delightful duo of juvenile kitties who have an estimated birthday of 4/26/2024. These kittens were found on a farm and brought into foster care. They were sick with respiratory infections when they were found, but have been nursed back to health and are ready to be planted in their forever homes.

They are as sweet as can be! They are playful, funny and seriously brave! They are great candidates for adventure kitties and both are acclimating to adventures outside in their harnesses.

JoJo and Onion Ring love kids and are used to exhuberent dogs. They don't mind other cats and are just all around great cats that would be perfect for almost any home!

They are great at using their litterbox. They are spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccines, dewormed and microchipped. The little potatoes adoption fee is $100 for a single or a pair.. Please submit an application if you are interested in adopting one or both of these cuties!

Adopters in the Spokane area can expect to meet the pet during the homecheck. Others will arrange a meet and greet.

Once your application has been received, we will evaluate it as a potential match for the given animal and, if your application is selected, we will proceed to call your references and then conclude with a home check and meet and greet scheduled by you at your home. For applicants out of area, the home check may be conducted via video call before the meet and greet.

More about this rescue

From the day we could talk we told our pets more than we ever told our parents. We took the long route to see the kitty in the window down the street. We stopped even when we were late to pet the dog. We grew up and we saw what the world does to those who can't defend themselves. We are here to change that.

Ethical rescue, including fully vetting every animal and carefully placing them all into homes matched to their physical and mental needs is what we do.

Respecting all life, both animal and human, while retaining an underlying goal of keeping animals in their homes. and fostering a sense of community between local shelters and rescues is how we do it.
