Arctic offers a hard stare at times and may growl if he feels threatened, so he needs a patient owner who will allow him to build trust at his own pace. While he's not currently interested in playing or toys, Arctic knows basic commands like sit and paw. He's good on the leash and would thrive in a quiet environment, potentially with another low-energy dog who respects his space.
