🌱All about me🐕
Hellooooo!!! I am an 8 month old puppy boy! I cannot exactly remember what happened, but I was told that someone found me and my sister when we were approximately 20 days old, somewhere in the bushes🌳. Lifesaver!!! That hooman saved me and my sister and perhaps that is the main reason why I love hoomans, especially strangers! Meeting new hoomans always excites me and if they say hello to me, I quickly fall in love with them.💖Heeheehee it feels awesome when everybody acknowledges me. I feel being loved!!! In case if you see me one day, just pet and rub my belly!!! I will even let you lift me up under my belly. Hooray!!!

I love strangers and all hoomans that I know, but I also like to play with other furry friends. Just like my sister, Jokyung🐕, I like to say hello and greet them but not necessarily always play with them. When they try to pick a fight with me, I step back and walk away. For cats🐱, I will take a glance but that would be it! I will not show them any further interest. Did you know that I absolutely love playing with toys+_+? I find it so amusing all the time. Teeheehee. If you give me toys, I will probably be your bestie. I am currently getting my basic training and I think I am learning things quickly! They are so easy and fun!!! If you continue to train me consistently, I will grow up as a gentleman one day!

During my walk🐾, I may pull on the leash. Please bear with me as I am still a young pup😊. I just get so excited when I get out but do not worry too much because I will still walk under your guidance! After my outdoor activities, I like to relax quietly. I am not a barker and do not growl when humans and furry friends approach me when I eat. For washroom breaks, I can do it both inside and outside. So whether you live in a house or an apartment building, I got your back!!

A lot of my hooman friends often say I am a “big funny dude.” Although I am big like an adult, I am still a little pup🐕. If you are looking for a loyal friend who is full of affection that can bring happiness and smile, I am the one! Let’s start our adventure together. Are you ready now? Good! Just reach out and I will be more than happy to love you forever!!! XOXO 💖💖💖💖💖💖

Adoption application

Go meet their pets

If the dog is in a foster home in North Carolina, the potential adopter will go to the foster home to do meet and greet.
Most of our dogs are in South Korea and they will fly to North Carolina if they finds a foster home or adopter, and the adopter will meet the dog at the airport.

More about this rescue

Chenny's Happy Tails Rescue Canada is a not-for-profit group(Corporate name: 12023318 CANADA FOUNDATION) registered in Canada, based in Toronto, Canada.

We are against the slaughter and consumption of dogs in Korea.
In Korea, there are many dogs that are kept in overcrowded cages in dog-meat facilities. They are sent to the market after being tortured to death. Although the consumption of dog meat is increasingly controversial and the vast majority of younger generations do not believe in dog meat, there are still many dogs that need to be rescued from farms and streets on which they have been abandoned/mistreated by humans.

We are committed to finding forever homes for dogs in Canada.
Chenny's Happy Tails Korea rescues and rehabilitates dogs to make them ready to be adopted.
Chenny's Happy Tails Canada works on finding the best adopter for each dog who can provide them a forever loving home and reliable care.
