My name is Wicket!

Welcome Wicket to CCPAL Rescue Foster program. Wicket is a 5 month old pup that is Husky/Staffordshire Terrier. A picture of the mom and dad are available. Both are very friendly and social dogs. The pups would be good with children. We like them to be 8 or older. The unspayed female was around the male and in just minutes she was pregnant with 10 puppies. These 5 are still available for adoption. All have had 3 rounds of puppy shots, microchipped and will be altered before adoption. Their mom is 65 pounds so we think these pups will be 65 pounds. They know sit, wait and are the ultimate water dogs. They would all make great camping companions. They love other dogs and all people including kiddos. They have the bushy coat like the Husky and several of them have ice-blue eyes. Wicket is the other boy. He is 2nd biggest in the litter. He has a big bark but is very sweet. The couple that had him adopted him out and may have hit him. We notice when you raise your hand at him he barks. He is a really nice boy and since he is the biggest we think he will for sure be 65 pounds. He is mostly potty trained but will need more consistency than the foster can provide with 4 puppies. They are good in a crate and in a car. They are currently in Texas and can be adopted locally or we can work with one of the wonderful transporters to get any of this litter (2 girls and 2 boys) to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast. His adoption fee is 400 and transport is 200.
