Maverick came from a rescue mission down south and was put in a shelter where he didn't do well. Maverick is such a gentle giant. If you sit on the floor or couch with him, he will just melt into you. He's 100lbs but thinks he's a 10lb lap dog. He is the biggest baby who is afraid of his own shadow, he is by no means a guard dog! He loves kids but I'd suggest having either a big enough space for him or older kids because they will get knocked over even with him just walking by. He does not like baths but with the treats you can bribe him. Being outside and the dog beach are his favorite! No special diets or anything.
