Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Kiwi is about 5 months old, weighs 4.8 pounds and is a typical happy, playful puppy! She is very sweet, friendly and as you can see in the video, enjoys exploring and playing in the yard. She was rescued by a private rescuer near the border of Mexico.
She had an injury as a baby on her leg, but it healed and does not affect her running and playing at all. She is small but mighty!
We can see Kiwi doing well in a home where she can get lots of attention and playtime with her family. She is curious and also enjoys being held. She has a fun personality and enjoys playing with toys and the other dogs here.
She loves her people and can’t wait to find a home of her own!
She would be a wonderful, loyal companion to grow up in just about any family environment.
Kiwi is spayed, up-to-date on all vaccinations, microchipped and her adoption fee is $375. A meet and greet will be arranged with an approved application.
If you would like to add this energetic cutie to your family, please review our process and complete an application here - https://www.tracyspawsrescue.org/adopt

Services our dogs receive prior to adoption:
Chagas Testing Heartworm and Tick Testing (age appropriate)
All age-appropriate vaccines
Heartworm and flea/tick preventatives
Spay/neuter surgery
Microchip
Kiwi tested positive for Chagas disease and has started her treatment. This is completely curable after treatment and dogs can go on to live long and happy lives. Our rescue is one of the first to do Chagas testing for all of the dogs in our care and is having measurable success in the treatment protocol. We are also focused on continued education and awareness of Chagas to help even more dogs. For more information, please review here: https://www.tracyspawsrescue.org/chagas
