My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

One potato, two potato, lucky Tater! This sweet Tater was found at the Washington County visitor’s center…and she wasn’t visiting :( Her temporary home with us is a safe (and hopefully short) stay as she awaits adoption! Estimated to be about 4 years old, Tater is a beautiful pointer mix with a short zigzag tail that wags with excitement as she stretches her legs in the play yard! Tater has tested positive for heartworms (rats!!), however our friendly staff will show you the easy way to keep her on the road to recovery! She’ll give you a sit and a shake without asking to show you what a good girl she is. A pretty smile and an eager-to-please personality with a love of treats, Tater has all the fixins to shake and bake right into your home! Give our Tater a visit and prepare to fall hard for this sweet potato!
