My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Blair!

Blair is a gorgeous little black shadow with giant yellow puppy dog eyes! Miss Blair is the definition of “Queen B” from the upper east side! She was named after the character in Gossip Girl. She is the sweetest girl around who loves being pampered! She adores being dressed up in cute little outfits and loved on. She also will follow you around and meow at you just to make sure you’re doing okay. She cannot wait to have her very own human who will dote on her!

Blair is a total foodie! Despite her petite little body, she is the first one at the dinner table to eat! She will meow at you in such a sweet, gentle way in order to get you to give her food. She is a little food connoisseur in the making and would love to help you in the kitchen haha.

Blair is such a goofball and loves to go buck wild while playing with her sisters! She loves string and ball toys and has the best acrobatic moves.

Blair was found abandoned next to a highway with her siblings and mom in the middle of the Texas summer heat. Her mom, Juniper, bravely protected everyone until help arrived. Once rescued, everyone broke with panleukopenia – she battled it along with her sisters and is back stronger than ever! Adopting a panleuk survivor is so rewarding!! She beat all odds and cannot wait to bring your home so much joy and laughter!

Blair is in an amazing foster home! She is currently fostered with her mom and several resident kitties. And she does great with everyone in the household! She would do great with a kitty companion or as a spoiled only child. She is loving her foster home but is ready for a home to call her own!

Why adopt from Three Little Pitties?

The stray and animal overpopulation in the Greater Houston area is the highest in the nation. Statistics show that there are over 1 million homeless animals in this region alone. Three Little Pitties Rescue is a nonprofit dog and cat rescue that partners with the community to make a difference. Our mission is to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and saving all breeds of dogs and cats from the streets or animal shelters that oftentimes have no other option but to euthanize animals for space. This kitty you’ve found online is lucky to be in our program, and even luckier to have you notice it!

Three Little Pitties Rescue (3LP) wants to set you and your new family member up for success! In addition to a fully vetted furbaby you also receive other additional perks such as a code for a free bag of cat litter AND a code for 50% off a 2nd bag of litter from Catalyst Pet, coupons for a fun visit to Petco, and support through our Facebook Adopters group where you can connect with thousands of other adopters, 3LP volunteers, fosters and staff. We seek to adopt to families who understand that these are rescues and will require continued efforts but are well on their way to being the best kitties that they can be! We ask that you give them time (can take weeks to months) to decompress in their new home, do slow introductions to other pets and let their true personalities have a chance to come through.

We celebrated our 7 year anniversary this year! Through the combined efforts of all of our hardworking staff and volunteers, we have placed over 14,000 very lucky dogs and cats into amazing homes! By adopting from us, you save TWO lives! The pet you adopt, and you create an opportunity for another animal to be saved in that spot. Together, we can be heroes.
