Here's what the humans have to say about me:
***SANSA IS LOCATED AROUND CUMBERLAND, RHODE ISLAND IN FOSTER CARE***
Miss Sansa was born May 9th, 2024 and weighs approximately 35-38 lbs as of 10/8/24.
The foster says this about her:
Lovable bundle of joy! This adorable little girl is always ready for an adventure, whether it's a game of fetch in the backyard or going on a walk. With a wagging tail and playful spirit, Sansa loves to make new friends—both human and canine. She’s a quick learner, already mastering basic commands and eager to show off her tricks. When she’s not busy exploring or playing, you can find her snuggling up for some cozy downtime. Sansa is looking for a loving family to share her boundless energy and affection with!
Sansa’s mom is a beautiful white retriever mix, and the dad is a Shepherd/Great Pyrenees mix on the smaller side. We do have pictures of the parents and mom will be getting fixed and staying with the original finder. We estimate full grown these puppies will be around 55-70 lbs.
She has got it all going on. She’s playful, well socialized, friendly, loves everyone and best of all SHE IS HOUSE TRAINED.
Sansa loves water. Give her a pool, take them to the river/lake/ocean or any body of water and she will go crazy. Her thicker coat makes her a wonderful candidate to live up north during the winter and enjoy the beautiful summers.
She loves children and would make a wonderful family dog. Her tail doesn’t stop wagging when she sees people and she is always up for a good time, whether it’s playing outside, going on walks, or just learning new things. The previous Texas foster has 2 children - 3 and 5 years old and she did fantastic with them.
Sansa has met the current fosters kitties inside and she is very curious of them but does not see them as prey/in an aggressive way.
Sansa would do wonderful in a medium active home as she does not require a lot of exercise but throwing the toys in the yard and long walks/adventures she would love and need. She would love other dogs in the home, but that is not required.
Please consider applying to adopt this beautiful girl today.
