What is Rehome?
If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Moose is a 3 y.o. pitbull mix. He is a gentle, affectionate boy that loves to snuggle with his stuffed flamingo. He enioys being outside, whether that means hiking, walking, playing at the dog park, or basking in the sun. He is well socialized and responds appropriately to social cues from other dogs. Moose is house-trained, crate-trained, and knows some basic commands. He walks well, but excitedly on a leash; he continues to improve, especially with practice and the use of a “gentle leader” harness. His past is a bit chaotic so he can get nervous in new and/or noisy situations; his response is to quietly seek out and return to his trusted person. A gentle tone goes a long way with Moose. This sweet boy deserves to live his best life in a safe, loving home.
Current on all shots and is on flea/tick and heartworm preventatives.
Rehoming fee will be applied to cover the cost of neutering.
