My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Guppy is learning that humans aren't too bad, after having been outside for the first 6 weeks of her life. Being around other kittens has definitely helped, and would benefit her greatly in her forever home too. She loves playing with all kinds of toys and cuddling up in a cat tree to nap. She also gets zoomies and runs around, chasing other kittens or finding a toy to toss around!

More about this rescue

A New Leash on Life has a goal of saving all the adoptable pets about to die in the municipal shelters of Alabama until we become a NO KILL state. We rescue, provide veterinary care, provide a foster home or adoption center spot, and find adopters who are good matches for homeless dogs and cats...AND horses, pigs, rabbits, and any other animal who needs our help. All animals are fully vetted, including spay/neuter, microchip, vaccines, testing (HW for dogs, FIV/Felv for cats), and whatever else they need before adoption.
