My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bucky (short for Buckbeak) is a lovable girl in need of a forever home where she can be the main priority and center of attention! I've been fostering Bucky for about a month now, but I need to find a new home for her before she (and I) grow more attached.

This sweet girl is easy going and eager to please. Whatever you want to do, she will happily follow. She'll tell you when she needs something - a walk, dinner, or most likely just some pets - by placing her paw on your lap or shoulder and giving little chin kisses.

For short, on-leash interactions with other dogs, she's friendly and very playful, but she can be reactive to other dogs beyond brief encounters. While she's probably best without other animal siblings, she LOVES humans. She warms up quickly and really just wants to give and receive all the affection.

This pup would be so perfect for an experienced, confident, patient, and understanding pet parent seeking an affectionate, loyal, low-maintenance companion.
