Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Armie was found in a parking lot with wounds all over his face and body. Despite being injured, he was affectionate and friendly with people. Armie has been at CARE for over a month and hasn't had a single break from the shelter. He is very stressed and would love for someone to give him a chance-even if it's just for a few nights.

Armie is a smart dog who LOVES to sniff. He loves pets and gives the BEST hugs, fully leaning into you when being petted. He and his CHEW buddy are working on "find it, a fun game for him because he gets to sniff and use his brain.

Armie would love a break from the shelter-please consider giving this sweet boy a chance.

The purpose of this application is to gather information about your home, pets, and general lifestyle to help our Match-Makers determine if the pet you wish to adopt is a good fit for both you and the pet.

CARE STL is a 501c3 nonprofit organization that serves as the established, No-Kill animal shelter for the City of St. Louis Animal Care and Control. We provide animal regulation services and help the city enforce Title 10 of the City of St. Louis Ordinance relevant to animal care and control; however, CARE STL also enforces and embraces the No-Kill equation and follows the guiding principles of no-kill shelters.
